Because products are sold by individual sellers, return and refund requests are handled according to the policies below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrives defective or unusable.

Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  3. Provide photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Provide photographs of the item and packaging.
  • We will work with the seller to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the situation, a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or full refund may be offered.

Refund Approval

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the seller is responsible for the issue.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Proper packaging.
  • Shipping the correct item.
  • Resolving product-related issues.

Refund costs resulting from seller error may be charged back to the seller.

  • Refuse fraudulent claims.
  • Limit excessive refund requests.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse of the refund process.
